Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that any seals are intact for non-defective returns, and include your RMA slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
